With over 30 years’ of culinary expertise, Executive Chef Sarawar Uddin Khan has been Bromley’s Curry Chef of the Year since 2005, by winning the judges over with his unique combination of traditional and modern signature dishes. High quality cooking fused with flawless presentation and attention to food safety, are the key ingredients to his successful career. Sarawar Uddin has prepared meals for Ken Livingstone at the Food Fusion Festival, in addition to appearing as a guest host on one of Bangladesh’s renowned television channels. Sarawar Uddin’s approach to creating new dishes is courageous yet rewarding, impressing not only the judges at endless competitions, but also to his faithful local customers.
